Haven't received your order?
Please check the delivery timelines in our Shipping Policy. If it's past that time, contact us at Help@mericansappliances.com and we will track down your order or arrange a replacement.
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
We will make it right. Please see our Refund Policy and email us with the details and a photo of the item, and we will process a refund or replacement.

Fraudulent Chargebacks
A chargeback is the formal dispute of a charge with your bank. A fraudulent chargeback (also known as “friendly fraud”) is the act of filing a chargeback for a purchase that you did make and receive, or falsely claiming an item was not as described.
Given our commitment to resolving issues directly, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback may be held liable for misuse of the chargeback process.
If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.
